We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Spa Receptionist to join our team here at the Bulgari Hotel London.

Step into the world of timeless luxury and exceptional service at the Bvlgari Hotel London. We are seeking a poised and passionate Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our serene and exclusive Bvlgari Spa.

Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guests and members whilst also making repeat and new bookings. You will be responsible for maximising the revenue of the Spa through effective scheduling, treatment room bookings and product sales. You will deliver exceptional financial results within Spa treatments, fitness and membership department. You will be a constant presence at the Spa reception, conducting Spa tours for VIPs, journalists and prospective members. You will lead by example by providing a warm welcome to clientele whilst striving to provide outstanding service.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment

The ideal candidate will have a customer service background in luxury Spas ideally based within five star deluxe hotels. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
