We are looking for a Spa Attendant to join our Spa team, supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the spa and ensuring all guest areas are maintained to the highest standard. This is a hands‑on role, well suited to someone who takes pride in organisation, consistency and service. This role plays an important part in upholding the overall presentation and smooth running of the spa, with a strong focus on cleanliness, attention to detail and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and hygiene standards across all male spa facilities, including changing rooms, relaxation areas, treatment rooms and fitness areas.
- Ensure all spa amenities, towels, robes and guest supplies are replenished and available at all times.
- Carry out regular inspections of spa areas and report or follow up on any maintenance or housekeeping requirements.
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to enquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Support therapy, fitness and reception teams to ensure a smooth and consistent guest experience.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and contribute to the efficient day‑to‑day running of the spa.
- Monitor spa equipment and facilities, reporting any faults or concerns promptly.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow all Health & Safety, hygiene and company policies and procedures at all times.
- Previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, health club or hospitality environment is preferred, although not essential.
- A genuine interest in guest service and delivering a high‑quality experience.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
- A positive, proactive and team‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while remaining organised and composed.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
