This is a hands‑on, varied role in a 24/7 operation – no two shifts are the same. You will work as part of a collaborative team, respond to maintenance requests across the property, and occasionally supervise contractors on site.

- Maintaining guest bedrooms, living areas, public spaces and leisure facilities including the Spa, pool and sauna
- Supporting the upkeep of all hotel plant and equipment
- Responding to maintenance requests from operational departments and providing clear, timely feedback
- Liaising with external contractors and specialist services in the event of emergency or breakdown
- Supervising contractors on site and supporting the development of junior team members
- Upholding Health & Safety standards at all times, ensuring the wellbeing of guests, residents and colleagues
What We Are Looking For
- At least two years' experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5‑star hotel
- Solid hands‑on knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems
- A methodical, safety‑conscious approach to all work
- Professional in manner and conduct, with the confidence to operate in a world‑class environment
- Dependable and communicative, with the ability to work independently across a rotating shift pattern including nights
- A genuine pride in doing things properly – that matters here more than most places
