Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the compilation and analysis of statistical data.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of passenger data in the Passenger Movement Log and Reconciliation System.
- Support data integrity for financial and operational decision-making.
- Collect arrival and departure manifests from airlines and the Customs Department daily.
- Assist with the collection of landing, parking, departure tax, and Airport Development Fees (ADF) from private airlines.
- Enter all sales into the point-of-sale system.
- Replenish and collect tickets from parking lot machines.
- Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Customs) and external stakeholders (airlines).
- Provide customer service during revenue collection and data coordination.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the Authority’s funds are reconciled and deposited at the end of each shift.
- Generate basic statistical summaries and logs for internal use.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with science subjects.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the aviation industry.
