BVGroup is seeking a Performance Lead for its Gibraltar on-site team. You will own performance engineering and testability across the platform, ensuring reliability, scalability and resilience as the business grows.
You will work with Engineering Leadership and development teams to improve performance, testing capabilities and observability, embedding performance practices and contributing during major releases and events.
