As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and highly organised Maintenance Supervisor to support the upkeep, safety, and smooth operation of our venues.
POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on operational role responsible for coordinating and carrying out maintenance activities across BVC Hospitality venues.
You will act as a key point of contact for day-to-day maintenance issues, ensuring faults are assessed, prioritised, and resolved efficiently.
You will work closely with venue teams to ensure all sites are safe, operational, and maintained to a high standard.
We are seeking someone with strong practical maintenance knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach.
The successful candidate will be comfortable completing minor repairs directly, supervising contractors, supporting planned preventative maintenance, and helping reduce recurring maintenance issues across the business.
