Position Summary The Beverage Manager leads the beverage offer across BVC Hospitality's brands - coffee, cocktails, wine and soft drinks - setting the standards, recipes and costings that every venue works to.
The role is focused predominantly on BVC's brands, NAC, Crme, Le Café NAC, 74 Duke, with more limited involvement at Supernova, and works closely with Procurement on supplier selection and costings.
This role balances hands-on quality control with menu development, training and cost management, ensuring every venue delivers a consistent, high-quality drinks experience true to its brand.
