BVC Hospitality is a founder-led, independent restaurant group operating five brands across seven international markets, including the UK, France, and the Middle East. Our portfolio spans fine dining to QSR, with brands including Crème, NAC, Supernova, Le Café NAC, and 74 Duke. We are growing quickly, with new openings and new concepts continuously in development. As the group scales, brand clarity, consistency, and execution quality are critical.
As Head of Brands, you will own and drive brand strategy and execution across the group. Each concept already has a strong identity; your role is to protect, sharpen, and evolve those identities, while ensuring they are applied consistently and intelligently as the business grows. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. You are expected to set direction, make decisions, and ensure ideas translate into high-quality execution, not just oversee or coordinate.
Key Responsibilities- Own brand strategy across all concepts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance in each market
- Set and enforce brand standards across all touchpoints: digital, social, PR, in-venue, and guest experience
- Translate brand strategy into clear, actionable plans that teams and partners execute consistently
- Lead brand campaigns, PR initiatives, and activations from concept to delivery
- Oversee creative production including photography, video, menus, packaging, signage, and merchandise
- Work closely with operations, chefs, designers, and external partners to ensure brand intent is delivered on the ground
- Support new openings, product launches, and new concept development, from early strategy to launch execution
- Take ownership of timelines, quality, and outcomes across brand projects
- 7+ years’ experience in senior brand leadership roles
- Proven experience defining brand strategy and driving its execution across multiple channels
- Strong judgment and confidence in making brand decisions and setting direction
- Experience managing agencies, creatives, or teams with clear accountability
- Solid understanding of social media, PR, and digital, as tools serving a wider brand strategy
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and persistent in pushing work through to completion
- Genuine passion for food, hospitality, design, and brand building
- A senior leadership role with real ownership and influence across a multi-brand group
- Direct impact on how brands are experienced in London and internationally
