We are opening a brand-new modern fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair and are looking for experienced, passionate, service-driven Senior Waiters to join our expanding front-of-house team. This beautifully designed space will offer a luxurious and vibrant French dining experience, combining exceptional cuisine with outstanding service in a welcoming, Paris Bistro-inspired atmosphere from morning to night.

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Waiter, you will play a vital role in delivering our exceptional dining experience. From warmly welcoming guests to expertly and knowledgeably guiding them through the menu, pairing wine and ensuring impeccable standards, you'll be a beacon of professional, passionate, elegant and energetic service and help create an exciting atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. We are looking for experienced individuals who are energetic, personable, and passionate about hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide an exceptional guest experience, ensuring warm, professional, knowledgeable and efficient service.
- Take orders and make recommendations about the menu, including food, wine, and cocktails.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and seamless communication.
- Maintain an immaculate and organised work environment, following health & safety regulations.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and any concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving, guest-centred mindset.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant to ensure operational efficiency.
- Be a team player, supporting colleagues and fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
