We have recently opened Le Café NAC, a brand-new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and we’re looking for an exceptional Runner to join our front-of-house team. This exciting new venue offers French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, all served in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
As a Runner at Le Café NAC, you will play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and memorable service for our guests. This role is ideal for someone energetic, organised, and eager to learn — with a passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within a dynamic, design-led environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Experience & Service: Support waiters in delivering warm, attentive, and personalised service. Run food and drinks from the pass and bar to tables quickly, safely, and accurately. Ensure dishes are presented correctly and check that guests have everything they need. Refill water, clear plates and glassware, and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth service flow.
- Teamwork & Communication: Work closely with waiters, hosts, the kitchen, and bar to ensure seamless service. Communicate clearly with the pass to ensure orders are delivered in the right order and to the right guests. Assist with mise en place, restocking service stations, and supporting the wider team during busy periods.
- Cleanliness & Presentation: Maintain clean and tidy service areas, including stations, pass, and dining room. Help with daily opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the floor. Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Brand Representation: Embody the Le Café NAC spirit – stylish, friendly, attentive, and composed. Take pride in the look and feel of the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming and elegant environment. Represent our food, drinks, and culture with enthusiasm and professionalism.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a similar role (Runner, Commis Waiter, or similar) in a premium or high-volume hospitality environment is preferred.

- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
