BVC Hospitality in London is launching an in-house ice cream brand and seeks a Head of Ice Cream to create the product from zero. You will own the entire production from ingredients to finished product, build the set-up and define standards for multiple sites.
Working closely with the founders and Group Executive Chefs, you will design recipes, source ingredients, establish a scalable supply chain, and train a growing team while maintaining uncompromising quality and safety standards.
