The Head of Coffee / Multi-Site Head Barista is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of our coffee service. From recipe creation and quality control to team training and equipment maintenance, you will be the driving force behind our coffee excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, train, and inspire baristas and front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional coffee experience across all venues.
  • Develop and refine coffee recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and preparation techniques.
  • Implement and oversee barista training programs, covering espresso extraction, milk texturing, and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and tastings to maintain rigorous quality control.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and skills development of new team members.
  • Oversee coffee equipment maintenance, servicing, and calibration to ensure peak performance.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and cost control to optimise efficiency and profitability.
