We are opening Le Café NAC, a brand-new all-day dining concept in Belgravia, and we are looking for an exceptional Assistant General Manager to join the team and help lead the way. This exciting new venue will offer French-inspired food and drinks with global influences, set in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. Le Café NAC is the latest addition to BVC Group, which operates a portfolio of innovative, globally recognized food concepts, including NAC, Crème, 74 Duke, and Supernova. With a strong presence in London, Paris, and the Middle East, BVC Group is known for blending creativity with operational excellence, delivering outstanding dining experiences across multiple markets. POSITION SUMMARY
As Assistant General Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team. This role requires a hands-on and strategic approach, ensuring high service standards, team engagement, and operational efficiency. This position demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for hospitality. You will help drive the success of Le Café NAC by supporting the team, maintaining service excellence, and contributing to a dynamic work culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager, ensuring smooth service and high hospitality standards.
- Inspire, train, and support the team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Maintain an exceptional guest experience, ensuring top-quality food, drinks, and service.
- Support financial performance by assisting with budget management, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and staff development to build a strong and engaged workforce.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
- Implement operational improvements and contribute creative ideas to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Hospitality Leadership: Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role in a high-energy, high-volume hospitality setting.
- Guest Experience Focus: Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences and delivering exceptional service.
- Financial & Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and revenue management.
