This medium size accountancy firm based in a prime location in Central London is looking for a new ACA Part Qualified member of staff to join their busy and growing accountancy and business services department. The aim is to provide first class accountancy services to a wide range of clients, most from the Film, TV, Creative, Media and Entertainment sectors. Most clients will be small to medium in size but will include some groups and international companies.

The firm is professional yet friendly, with regular team bonding days and socials so you can get to know other members of staff from other departments. The firm offers hybrid working, flexible working hours and full study support for your professional exams. The firm actively encourages all its staff to learn new things, take on high levels of responsibility and to progress to a higher level at a rapid pace.

Your role will be varied and include the preparation of both FRS 102 and 105 statutory accounts from start to finish, drafting corporation tax returns, personal tax returns and managing your own small portfolio of clients to prepare their VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments. Training and support will be provided where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Between 1 and 3 years experience in a good quality accountancy firm.
  • Experience of preparing statutory accounts, basic corporation tax returns, VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments is required.
  • You must have started your ACA exams.
  • Experience of cloud based software packages.
  • A desire to learn, progress and do well in a medium size accountancy firm based in Zone 1 Central London.
