This medium size accountancy firm based in a prime location in Central London is looking for a new Accounts Supervisor / Accounts Assistant Manager with between 1 and 3 years PQE to join their busy and growing accountancy and business services department. The aim is to provide first class accountancy services to a wide range of clients, most from the Film, TV, Creative, Media and Entertainment sectors. Most clients will be small to medium in size but will include some groups and international companies.

Responsibilities
- Your role will be varied and include managing your own portfolio of clients, and ensuring all clients are serviced to a high standard.
- Reviewing work prepared by other staff members.
- The preparation of more complex FRS 102 and 105 statutory accounts from start to finish, drafting corporation tax returns, personal tax returns and reviewing VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments.
- Managing and training more junior staff members, as well as helping with ad hoc assignments to help the team where necessary.
- Training and support will be provided where necessary.
Requirements
- Fully ACA or ACCA qualified with between 1 and 3 years post qualification experience.
- Currently working as a Senior / Supervisor / Assistant Manager in a good quality accountancy firm.
- Experience of preparing statutory accounts, corporation tax returns, personal tax returns, VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments is required.
- Experience of cloud based software packages.
- A desire to learn, progress and do well in a medium size accountancy firm based in Zone 1 Central London.
