Are you an ACA or ACCA Qualified Audit Senior or Audit Supervisor (with at least 50% audit experience in your current role), looking to upgrade to a Top 50 firm with large clients similar to a Top 10 firm, but with a non corporate environment and friendly atmosphere? Are you looking to work for a firm which will also offer you flexible working arrangements as well as first rate training, support and progression? Are you keen to gain exposure to sectors such as property, technology, financial services, retail, entertainment, mining, energy, oil and gas and renewable energy as well as other interesting sectors? Would you like to work for one of the leading independent practice firms in London that is growing at a rapid pace and is winning lots of large clients from larger accountancy firms, and so requires a new member of staff to help audit these clients? In this new role you will be responsible for leading audits from planning to completion, managing teams, reviewing work and starting to manage your own portfolio of clients. You will also carry out ad hoc assignments and advisory based projects. Overall your role will be split roughly 90% audit & assurance and 10% advisory and project based work. You will work exclusively on all the firms largest and most prestigious clients, in which you will gain exposure to IFRS and consolidations work. Your role will be varied, hugely enjoyable and you can expect to progress to a higher level in a short space of time. The firm is happy to look at an Audit Senior, or an Audit Supervisor / Assistant Manager with between 1 and 3 years PQE. To be considered for this new role you must be fully ACA or ACCA Qualified and your current role must be at least 50% audit based. You will either be a recently qualified Audit Senior or have some post qualification experience and be looking to step up to Audit Supervisor / Assistant Manager grade. You must be looking to move to a firm where you can continue to work with large clients and get exposure to IFRS but want to work in a more friendly firm with a better work life balance. You will ideally have strong academics and you must have a good pass rate in your professional exams. You will be looking to join a mid tier practice firm where you can achieve a better work life balance and better promotion prospects but still work with large and prestigious clients. This mid tier practice based in a prime location in London is growing at a rapid rate, particularly in gaining new, larger clients from larger accountancy firms including Big 4 and Top 10 firm. They are winning a large volume of new clients from many of their competitors and can offer you the chance to work on and advise many interesting and large international groups and listed businesses both in the UK and abroad. Promotional prospects are very strong and you will be given every opportunity to progress to full Manager grade in a short space of time. Overall this is an excellent opportunity for an ACA or ACCA Qualified Audit Senior or Audit Supervisor to join a large and growing medium sized practice and carry out a high profile and rewarding new position where you will work on a client base to rival a larger firm yet retain a good work life balance in a friendly and supportive firm.
