BV Dairy is a manufacturer of specialist dairy produce, established in 1958 in Shaftesbury, Dorset. Recently, we have joined the First Milk group – a British farmer-owned dairy co-operative. The shift pattern is a 2-week cycle. We welcome applications from everyone. This role is a development opportunity into a more senior role within the Technical team for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Product testing and tasting
- Instrument calibration
- Factory audits
- Investigations
- Anaerobic Digester testing
Skills:
- Practical testing skills
- Good at paperwork
- Organised and able to make decisions
- Ideally a degree or equivalent in a food-related discipline OR at least 2 years experience in a technical/QA food manufacturing role
