Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high standards during service
  • Support rota efficiency and manage kitchen GP
  • Help maintain stock levels and control
  • Mentor, develop, and motivate chefs at every level
  • Run daily briefings in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Ensure full compliance with health & food safety standards
  • Create an open, honest kitchen culture where people thrive
  • Build strong communication between kitchen and FOH teams

Qualifications / Desired Traits:

  • Enthusiastic, experienced, and team-focused
  • Detail-obsessed and committed to quality at every level
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
  • Comfortable with ordering, rota planning, and GP control
