People Business Partner - Operations

You’ll be the key link between our People and Operations teams, supporting them across the entire employee lifecycle – from attracting top talent to nurturing our alumni network. This isn’t your average HR role; you’ll be at the heart of our culture, helping to bring our core values to life every day: Recruitment & Workforce Planning – Helping our venues stay brilliantly staffed and future-ready

You’ve got experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (hospitality experience is a bonus!) Full driving license and own transport is required.
