You’ll be the key link between our People and Operations teams, supporting them across the entire employee lifecycle – from attracting top talent to nurturing our alumni network. Who You Are:
You’re a proactive people professional who loves connecting with people and making things better. You’ve got experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (hospitality experience is a bonus!) and a solid understanding of UK employment law and people practices. You’re energised by growth, collaboration, and a workplace where every day brings something new. Most importantly, you’re aligned with our belief that when we care deeply for our teams, they’ll care deeply for our guests.
Full driving license and own transport is required.
