As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar team and help establish Bass & Barrel as a standout destination for great drinks, genuine hospitality and memorable experiences.

The Works
As Bar Manager, you will play a key role in launching Bass & Barrel and shaping its bar experience from day one.
Combining excellent drinks knowledge with confident leadership and genuine hospitality, you will set high standards, build a strong team and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.
You will be responsible for:
- Recruiting, leading and motivating the bar team
- Supporting the successful opening of the venue
- Delivering consistently high standards of drinks, speed and service
- Managing stock, ordering, controls and back-bar organisation
- Training and developing new and existing team members
- Working closely with the wider front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Ensuring all licensing, health and safety standards are followed
- Creating a positive, professional and welcoming team culture
