The Works
As a Maintenance Person, you’ll play a key role in keeping our venues safe, compliant and looking their best.
You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks including:
- Basic electrical repairs and fault finding
- Basic plumbing work
- Basic joinery and general repairs
- Planned and reactive maintenance across venues
- Supporting venue teams with day-to-day maintenance issues
This is a role where you’ll need to be comfortable getting stuck into whatever is needed on the day, including:
- Washing out bins and maintaining back of house areas
- Clearing car parks and external spaces
- General upkeep of buildings and surroundings
- Supporting with larger maintenance jobs
- Responding to urgent issues, from leaks to roof repairs
Who We’re Looking For
- Brings a solid all-round understanding of maintenance and handyman tasks
- Enjoys being on the move, jumping between jobs and solving problems quickly
- Takes real pride in fixing issues efficiently and keeping venues smart, safe and guest-ready
- Has a strong work ethic with a no job too small attitude
- Is organised and able to manage tasks across multiple venues
- Communicates well with teams and managers
- Is flexible and happy working across different locations
- Clean Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
