The Works

Starting your journey in a kitchen, you will work under the guidance of a senior Chef and be responsible for basic food preparation and cooking tasks. You'll gain insight and knowledge about the various kitchen sections and the day-to-day operation of a working kitchen while delivering excellent food to enhance the guest experience.
