We are now looking for Relief Managers to support our west coast venues, stepping in where needed to help lead teams, maintain standards, and ensure every shift delivers the Buzzworks experience our guests know and love. The Works
As a Relief Manager, you’ll support different venues across the west coast estate, working alongside General Managers and leadership teams to help keep operations running smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting teams during busy periods, holidays, recruitment gaps, or venue transitions, ensuring guests always receive the high standards Buzzworks is known for.
In This Role, You’ll
- Support venue Management teams in the smooth running of the business, this will require travel between venues so driving license is essential
- Step into different venues and quickly build rapport with teams
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Support the training and development of team members
- Maintain high standards in quality, service, safety and compliance; handle challenges and guest feedback with confidence and professionalism; bring the Buzzworks values to life on every shift
