Supporting safe, compliant and well-run venues. Buzzworks is a growing hospitality business with an expanding estate of award-winning restaurants, bars and venues with rooms across Scotland. We’re now looking for a Facilities & Compliance Coordinator to join our Head Office team and support the smooth running of facilities, compliance and maintenance across our venues. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and confident working with site teams and contractors, helping manage risk and ensure our venues remain safe, compliant and maintained to brand standards.

The Works
Working closely with our Property and Operations Teams, you will support day-to-day facilities coordination, compliance administration and contractor management across our multi-site estate. Your focus will include:
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance across venues
- Logging, tracking and following up maintenance issues to completion
- Supporting statutory compliance and inspections across all sites
- Maintaining accurate compliance records, certificates and trackers
- Coordinating contractor attendance, documentation and certification
- Supporting audits, reporting and general facilities administration
- Identifying risks, recurring issues and escalating where required
- Helping ensure all works meet Buzzworks’ safety and brand standards
About You
- Experience in facilities coordination, compliance or administration
- Comfortable supporting health & safety and statutory compliance
- Confident working with contractors, suppliers and site teams
- Highly organised, detail-driven and reliable
- Calm, practical and able to juggle multiple priorities
