As a 2nd Head Chef, you’ll be a vital part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting your Head Chef and stepping up when needed. You will help deliver dishes to spec every time, lead a team, and contribute to kitchen profitability and performance with consistency and pride. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the kitchen team to deliver high standards during service
  • Supporting rota efficiency and managing kitchen GP
  • Helping maintain stock levels and control
  • Mentoring, developing, and motivating chefs at every level
  • Running daily briefings in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & food safety standards
  • Creating an open, honest kitchen culture where people thrive
  • Building strong comms between kitchen and FOH teams

This is a hands-on role for someone with energy, leadership skills, and a love of consistency and creativity in equal measure. We are looking for great chefs that are:
