The Works
As Bar Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the Herringbone bar, combining technical knowledge with top-tier service and genuine hospitality. From seasonal cocktails to perfectly poured pints, your attention to detail and leadership will help create a bar experience that keeps our guests coming back.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and motivating your bar team
- Maintaining consistency in drink quality, speed and service
- Managing stock, back-bar organisation and cleanliness
- Supporting hiring, onboarding and training of new team members
- Working alongside the FOH and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service
- Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
- Contributing to a positive, laid-back but professional team culture
