We are looking for a Creative Artworker to join our marketing team, helping bring Buzzworks brands to life across our 22 venues. This role focuses on producing accurate, onâbrand artwork for everything from menus and brochures to inâvenue signage and digital assets, making sure every touchpoint looks polished, consistent, and ready to go.
Working closely with our designers, marketing team, and external suppliers, you will play a handsâon role in rolling out campaigns, updating menus, preparing printâready files, and supporting the dayâtoâday creative needs of the business. WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON...
- Producing highâquality, onâbrand artwork for print and digital across all Buzzworks venues
- Preparing menus, brochures, posters, signage, POS and inâvenue materials for print and digital use
- Rolling out creative campaigns across multiple venues, formats and sizes with accuracy and consistency
- Amending and adapting existing designs to suit different brands, locations, and requirements
- Preparing printâready files, including correct sizing, bleed, colour profiles, and finishes
- Checking artwork thoroughly for accuracy, layout, spelling, and brand consistency before signâoff
- Managing feedback and amends efficiently, keeping projects moving and deadlines on track
- Working closely with the wider marketing team to support seasonal campaigns, events
- Liaising with external printers and suppliers to ensure artwork is correct and supplied on time
- Maintaining organised file structures and version control across all artwork and assets
- Supporting the smooth rollout of menus and campaigns across our venues
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR...
- A qualification in graphic design, creative media, or a related subject
- Confident using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva, alongside Microsoft Office
- A creative and enthusiastic individual with a strong eye for detail and design
- Keen to build handsâon experience in a fastâpaced, creative marketing environment
- Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks, briefs and deadlines
- Takes pride in accuracy and consistency, especially when preparing artwork for print
- Open to feedback and happy making amends to get things just right
- A clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with different teams
- Positive, proactive and willing to get stuck in across a wide range of projects
- Comfortable working across multiple brands
- Familiar with basic print or digital artwork processes
