Overview
My client is an independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who pride themselves on their traditional values coupled with up to date technology, marketing and advertising.
Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact for clients visiting the office
- Deal with maintenance issues and co-ordinate property repairs
- Conduct tenant move ins / move outs
- Negotiate deposit returns and disputes
- Conduct and compile property inventories when required
- Conduct routine property inspections
Essential Skills
- Lettings Experience
- Driving licence and a car is preferable although not essential
- Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Problem solving skills
- Complaint handling
