Lettings All Rounder - Oldbury - £18k basic plus generous commission
This is a fabulous opportunity to join this leading independent agent based in Oldbury. They have built up an impressive business over the years. They are a smart, proactive Lettings and Estate Agent brand where career progression is really encouraged.
Due to ongoing growth within their Lettings Department they are looking for an energetic and motivated Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join them. This is a varied role and will involve carrying out viewings, negotiating lets and also getting involved in the property management side.
Lettings All Rounder Main Duties:
- Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
- Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
- Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
- Conduct viewings of properties for let
- Administer contract paperwork in relation to rental properties
- Compose marketing literature
- Deal with Property Management including resolving maintenance issues
- Inspections, check outs when required
Lettings All Rounder Essential Skills:
- Previous Lettings Experience
- Computer literate
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
