Lettings Valuer and Senior Negotiator – Leamington Spa – Salary dependent on experience
My client is a very well respected Lettings and Estate Agency brand based in Leamington Spa.
They are an extremely well-established and reputable multi-branch independent company who are looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced Lettings Valuer / Negotiator who is looking for the next step up the career ladder. As Lettings Valuer you will be responsible for listings for residential Lettings and Negotiating lettings on residential property, they are looking for an experienced pro-active individual who is a strong communicator and keen to enhance their professional Estate Agency career.
Essential Skills for the Lettings Valuer / Negotiator role:

- ?Valuation/Listing Experience
- ?Self-motivated
