A management opportunity to work for an established Independent Sales and Letting Agent Brand based out of their busy office in Oxford. Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Branch Manager preferably with a background running either a flagship or city centre office. If you are ARLA qualified and have a track record of both leadership and business growth this could be a great opportunity.

A proven track record of running a successful office focusing on exceptional customer service and business growth. As a Lettings Manager you will need to be an effective leader with a thorough knowledge of the Lettings industry and compliance. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the branch, motivating the team and committed to the overall performance of the office.
Responsibilities:- Build a brand reputation for professionalism and superior service.
- Identify opportunities for business growth as well how to counteract risks (i.e. market fluctuations, new competing agencies etc).
- Creating a target driven and motivating environment and assisting team members in achieving these goals.
- Deliver quick response times and excellent customer service always and ensure staff members do the same.
- Maintain and build a happy, productive workforce or ‘team players’.
- Develop a strong, mentoring relationship with your team and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure strong team cohesion with the sales team in the branch, and positive working relationships with other teams within the group.
- Ensuring staff adopt procedures and policies correctly, making ad hoc checks as necessary.
- Ensuring that all staff work towards their relevant professional qualification.
- Identifying and actioning staff training requirements.
- Previous Lettings Experience preferred.
- Good local knowledge.
- Full UK Driving License and Vehicle.
- Motivated and driven.
- Well-presented professional.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff members of all levels and to motivate a team.
- Reasonable IT knowledge and proficiency in adapting to new software systems.
