You will join a polished Estate Agency team of like-minded individuals where you will be an integral part of the team. Purpose of this Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role
As a Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will work closely with potential buyers to ensure they are kept up to date with all possible properties that are available for sale. You will conduct viewings and tie up deals in a fast‑paced environment, and ensure vendors are aware of all associated products.
Key Skills for an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator
- Previous estate agency experience
- Well presented and well spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and car
- Exceptional customer service skills
