We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Childrens Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care in a home care, nursing home, or care home setting. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering exceptional care to our young persons.
*Duties*
* Supervise and manage daily operations of the care facility, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
* Lead and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional development.
* Oversee medication administration and ensure adherence to best practices in care delivery.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
* Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
* Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure holistic care for residents.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively to maintain high standards of service delivery.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in supervising within a home care or residential setting is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Knowledge of dementia care practices is highly desirable.
* Relevant qualifications in nursing or health and social care management are preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
