Team Overview
The primary objective of the Fiscal Solutions Compliance team is to ensure the timely and accurate filing of clients' VAT returns and supplementary reports, while consistently providing a high standard of client service. The team consists of over 30 indirect tax compliance specialists with expertise across a wide range of jurisdictions. We currently offer VAT return filings and supplementary reporting services in 39 countries. Each client is supported by a dedicated compliance contact who understands their business activities and provides guidance on the complex VAT compliance landscape. Compliance Assistants report into the Fiscal Solutions management team and work closely with Client Managers to deliver effective and compliant outcomes for clients.

The Compliance Assistant role is a challenging and highly rewarding opportunity, ideal for individuals looking to build experience within the VAT compliance field. The role offers a structured training programme combined with hands on, on the job learning. Each Compliance Assistant is assigned a mentor who provides ongoing technical and compliance support. You will manage your own client portfolio and work closely with Client Managers to assist with the preparation and filing of VAT returns and other supplementary declarations.
