  • Allocate dedicated time to L&D, staying at the forefront of the ‘Search Generative Experience’ (SGE) and evolving privacy landscapes (e.g. cookieless tracking) to ensure the firm remains a first‑mover.
  • Content Management System (CMS) oversight and performance: take a hands‑on approach to managing both our London and Hong Kong websites, and associated brands (Fiscal Solutions/Fiscal IOR), within the CMS, ensuring content is accurate and high performing.

  • Advise on the new website developments required to best meet our objectives, collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, and regularly evaluate and manage priorities to maximise the agency’s time.
  • Conversion optimisation: periodically review website user journeys and landing pages, using heatmaps or A/B testing to identify and fix friction points that prevent lead generation.

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) search: lead on search strategy with a forward‑thinking lens, constantly monitoring changes in search algorithms and the rise of AI‑driven search to ensure our sites remain visible.
  • Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising: act as the firm’s PPC authority, reviewing all active campaigns, providing monthly suggestions for budget reallocation and keyword optimisation, and working with teams to optimise their ads to continuously improve performance.
  • Suggest new campaigns or ads in line with the digital strategy and wider team and firm objectives.

  • Firmwide reporting: analyse data regularly, produce benchmarking reports, and contribute analysis for our team’s different regular reports for the firm’s Team Leaders, Equity Partners and the Executive Committee, focusing on objective alignment and Return On Investment (ROI) across all digital channels.
  • AI adoption: drive our AI roadmap by researching new tools, creating vendor shortlists, and managing the integration of AI into daily marketing workflows. Incorporate this into the wider digital marketing strategy.
