We welcome smart ideas from everyone and back them with action. With a genuine appetite for change, this is an exciting role where you can make a visible impact.

The Role

We’re looking for a Midweight Artworker to help shape and deliver our refreshed brand identity. You’ll be the guardian of visual consistency, producing high-quality artwork across print and digital channels and ensuring everything we put out looks sharp, accurate, and professional.

This role suits someone technically strong, organised, and collaborative, someone who thrives on producing clean, precise, brand-led design. There’s scope to grow, both technically and strategically, within a firm that values craft and clarity.

What you will be doing

  • Create and adapt artwork for a range of materials using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Deliver a steady flow of projects accurately, on time, and on brand.
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring consistent application of our visual identity.
  • Create compelling video content, including talking-head videos, animations, and copy-led videos. Experienced videography and editing skills are required, including on-screen motion graphics. Strong desire to continue learning in this area.
  • Manage and prepare files for both print and digital production (bleeds, colour profiles, accessibility, etc.).
  • Support the setup and maintenance of creative systems, such as the digital asset management platform and job tracker.
  • Refine and evolve brand styles as our identity develops.
  • Produce polished PowerPoint and Word templates, pitchbooks, and internal materials.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to translate ideas into clean, brand-aligned outputs.
  • Tackle creative and technical challenges with initiative and precision.

What we’re looking for

  • Degree or design qualification (welcome but not essential).
  • Previous B2B design experience, preferably in a professional services firm or corporate environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand consistency, precision, and technical skill.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Understanding of design principles – layout, typography, colour, and grid systems.
  • A methodical approach and obsession with accuracy and file hygiene.
  • Experience with managing multiple deadlines in a busy studio or marketing environment.
  • Comfortable communicating with both creative and non-creative colleagues.
  • Familiarity with file preparation for print and digital outputs.

What you’ll bring

  • Able to use your own initiative and prioritise workload
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels
  • Approachable at all times; flexible; assertive; proactive
  • Good influencing skills
  • Displays ethical judgement
