You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence, drive lead generation, analyse data, and support our business growth objectives. By staying abreast of the latest digital developments and market changes, you’ll initiate the testing and exploration of new tools and channels to drive innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned to our wider marketing plan, various individual fee-earning-team business plans, and our overarching firmwide strategy.
  • Act as the firm’s primary lead for digital marketing best practice, providing expert guidance and educating the marketing team, partners, and team leaders on using digital marketing to meet business objectives.
  • Allocate dedicated time to L&D, staying at the forefront of the 'Search Generative Experience' (SGE) and evolving privacy landscapes (e.g. cookieless tracking) to ensure the firm remains a first-mover.
  • Content Management System (CMS) oversight and performance: take a hands‑on approach to managing both our London and Hong Kong websites, and associated brands (Fiscal Solutions/Fiscal IOR), within the CMS, ensuring content is accurate and high performing.
  • Agency collaboration: work closely with our external website agency to oversee the execution of website fixes, improvements, and general maintenance.
  • Advise on the new website developments required to best meet our objectives, collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, and regularly evaluate and manage priorities to maximise the agency’s time.
  • Conversion optimisation: Periodically review website user journeys and landing pages, using heatmaps or A/B testing to identify and fix friction points that prevent lead generation.
  • Content refinement: oversee and refine website content to ensure it meets high‑intent search requirements. Provide guidance for team members to follow to ensure their content is written in line with best practice.
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) search: lead on search strategy with a forward‑thinking lens, constantly monitoring changes in search algorithms and the rise of AI‑driven search to ensure our sites remains visible.
  • Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising: act as the firm’s PPC authority, reviewing all active campaigns, providing monthly suggestions for budget reallocation and keyword optimisation, and working with teams to optimise their ads to continuously improve performance.
  • Suggest new campaigns or ads in line with the digital strategy and wider team and firm objectives.
  • Internal upskilling: develop the team’s understanding, sharing insights and training team members on campaign fundamentals. Guide and work alongside our team’s PPC Champion to support their development.
  • Performance analysis: review post analytics and conduct research to identify trends and suggest actionable ways to increase engagement, primarily focused on LinkedIn.
  • Paid social: ensure LinkedIn is used effectively, reviewing all paid campaigns and suggesting improvements. Suggest new campaigns in line with the digital strategy and wider firm objectives. Guide and work alongside our team’s LinkedIn Ads Champion to support their development.
  • Vuture platform: oversee the digital execution of email marketing, guiding the team on best practice for emails with different objectives, for different audiences, and considering AB testing, automation and email journeys.
  • Data dashboards: collaborate with the Business Development Systems Lead to build custom dashboards that track deliverability, engagement, and conversion. Use this data to suggest optimisations.
  • Systems alignment: work with the Business Development Systems Lead to ensure the upcoming new CRM adoption aligns with digital marketing objectives, leveraging first‑party data for targeted retargeting.
  • Firmwide reporting: analyse data regularly, produce benchmarking reports, and contribute analysis for our team’s different regular reports for the firm’s Team Leaders, Equity Partners and the Executive Committee, focusing on objective alignment and Return On Investment (ROI) across all digital channels.
  • Automation: work with the Marketing Operations and Projects Lead to evaluate current tasks and processes, and identify opportunities for automation to improve team efficiency.
  • AI adoption: drive our AI roadmap by researching new tools, creating vendor shortlists, and managing the integration of AI into daily marketing workflows. Incorporate this into the wider digital marketing strategy.
  • Technical tracking: Manage the firm’s tracking infrastructure (e.g. Google Tag Manager) to ensure all digital touchpoints and conversions are accurately captured.
