Team Overview
Our Compliance team provide specialist guidance, client onboarding and support the implementation of policies and processes that are reflective of the firm’s regulatory and legislative environment. This team of five work closely with colleagues across the firm.
Role Overview
To provide daily, flexible, proactive administrative support across the Compliance team, in addition to updating relevant systems and providing support with client onboarding, ongoing monitoring and management of the ticketing system.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the team by providing administrative support and managing their time to increase efficiency.
- Manage meeting arrangements by sending and updating calendar invites, and booking meeting rooms as required.
- Perform basic checks which may involve reviewing Companies House filings, running PEP and sanctions checks and other electronic reports, then analysing the results.
- Amend existing documents.
- Collate data from different sources and systems.
- Alongside the Compliance Executives, run the digital onboarding solution, including sending out identification links and collecting required information.
- Ad-hoc project support.
- Ensure all work undertaken is produced within agreed timescales, escalating to the Compliance Executive where necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous administrative experience is desirable.
- Experience of working within an accounting or financial services regulatory and/or fast‑paced environment is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate data findings clearly.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, using Excel and Reporting techniques.
