Team Overview
Our Private Client and Trust Team, comprising approximately 32 specialists, including 5 Partners and strong administrative support, works with a diverse range of clients on some of the most impactful financial decisions of their lives. We focus on preserving and enhancing generational and new wealth, emphasising tailored advice to minimise tax liabilities.
As a graduate joining our close-knit team, you will play a key role from day one, acting as one of the main points of contact for your portfolio of clients. These clients range from CEOs of multinational corporations and ultra-high-net-worth individuals to musicians, artists, and business owners from around the globe. Our clients frequently engage with multiple services across Buzzacott, giving you the opportunity to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues from various teams. You can also expand your professional network through firm-wide initiatives such as marketing projects, our PrimeGlobal association, social committees, recruitment activities, and tech innovation. This role is due to commence in September 2026.
The Role
In addition to supporting the Trust team to deliver a quality compliance and advisory service to both clients and managers, by preparing accounts, tax returns, and other functions that may be required including administrative responsibilities. You will also study towards the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) professional tax qualification before training to become a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA). Studying towards these professional qualifications, as well as learning from our team of specialists on a daily basis, ensures you are well equipped with the knowledge to help advance you through your career. Training includes a mix of classroom-based taught courses with leading training providers, private study, and regular testing. Paid study leave is granted and full coverage of course and exam fees for your first attempts.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of various trusts and supporting the team in delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services to clients.
- Preparing trust accounts, tax returns, capital gains tax computations, and other tax compliance work.
- Handling trust administrative matters such as preparing minutes, liaising with banks and investment advisers, drawing cheques, and managing resolutions.
- Corresponding with HM Revenue & Customs, including drafting letters, arranging appeals, and agreeing on liabilities.
- Attending external networking events to represent the firm.
What We’re Looking For
- 2:1 Degree in a numerically focused discipline.
- 120 UCAS tariff points from 3 A-levels, or equivalent.
- Level 6 (A grade using the old system) in GCSE Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- The right to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the training contract.
