We are seeking high-energy, confident Beauty Advisors & Sales Demonstrators to represent HST exclusively inside world-renowned Selfridges, Oxford Street.
In this role, you will showcase HST’s premier styling tools through live, engaging hair demonstrations, consulting with Selfridges shoppers and converting high-footfall interest into premium retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver captivating, live hair demonstrations using HST premier straighteners, stylers, and tools.
- Proactively approach, engage, and consult browsing luxury department store clientele.
Drive sales performance to meet and exceed daily targets.
Maintain an immaculate, hygienic demonstration station and product display at all times.
- Be punctual, high-energy, and ready to trade from shift open to close.

- Impeccable Grooming: You must reflect the beauty industry at its highest standard. Styled hair, polished makeup, and manicured personal presentation are required for every shift.
- Luxury Dress Code: Full compliance with the store’s professional retail standard (sharp, all-black professional attire, no visible non-brand logos).

Candidate Requirements
