What You'll Be Doing:

As the first point of contact for IT support across our clubs, digital teams, and support centre, you'll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly. You'll be resolving issues, supporting users, and helping us deliver a seamless experience for our colleagues and customers.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing 1st Line IT support via phone, email, and in person
  • Logging and managing incidents using our ITSM tool (ServiceNow)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issuesβ€”or escalating when needed
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet IT needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service
