Join the Fun as a Chat Star (Host) at Buzz Bingo!
Location: Nottingham Studios (with occasional travel to Derby Studios)
Hours: 40 hours/week | 5 hours/day over 4 days (including weekends)
Salary: £25,952.85 per annum
Are you a natural entertainer with a passion for people and a flair for fun? We're looking for vibrant, engaging personalities to become the face and voice of Buzz Bingo's live chat experience!
What You'll Be Doing
As a Chat Star, you'll be the heartbeat of our live bingo experience—bringing energy, entertainment, and genuine connection to our online and in-club customers. You'll:
- Host live chat sessions that are fun, friendly, and full of personality
- Spark conversations beyond bingo—think pop culture, trivia, and trending topics
- Deliver games, quizzes, and activities to boost engagement
- Promote offers and campaigns with flair and authenticity
- Respond to customer queries and moderate chat with professionalism
- Work closely with our Live Bingo team to create a seamless, exciting experience
- Award bonuses and manage player accounts
- Support safer gambling practices and follow all compliance processes
What You Bring
- A magnetic personality with a love for entertaining and chatting
- Strong general knowledge and curiosity about the world
- Excellent written communication and typing skills
- Experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, etc.)
- Confidence using digital tools and navigating the internet
- Ability to multitask and think on your feet
- Awareness of bingo and online gaming is a plus (but not essential)
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with systems like VF BOS or IMS
- Understanding of GDPR and Safer Gambling practices
