The Role
Reporting to the Customer Operations Manager - Live Bingo, you'll lead a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts, ensuring every session is engaging, compliant and delivered to a high standard. You'll support team performance, customer engagement, operational delivery and commercial success, while helping to create memorable experiences for our players.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Live Hosts and Chat Hosts.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
- Delivering engaging Live Bingo sessions and outstanding customer experiences.
- Managing social media activity, promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling and reporting.
- Monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and achieving KPIs.
- Supporting payroll, operational costs and accurate customer payouts.
- Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, safer gambling and company policies.
- Deputising for the Customer Operations Manager when required.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading or coaching customer-facing teams.
- Strong people development and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise effectively.
- A passion for customer experience, entertainment and team success.
- Experience in customer engagement, live operations, hospitality, retail or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of gaming compliance and safer gambling is desirable but not essential.
