Are you someone that stands out from the crowd and who fizzes with energy? If so then we are looking for an individual that will ignite passion through their fantastic personality into Buzz Bingo’s live content production in our Derby and Nottingham Offices.
You will be able to easily communicate between the two studios and on occasion our retail clubs to support the continued growth of Live Hosting, so a driving license is preferred.
You’re passionate about creating the best experience for every customer, always looking for ways we can improve our overall customer experience and constantly injecting fun and energy every step of the way that leaves our customers thinking WOW!
Your knowledge and experience:
- 1+ years of live streaming experience
- Live hosting experience in Bingo Calling is desirable
- Experience in performing arts, media and entertainment is desirable
- Experienced in using video production tools
- Experience in using social media live streaming (Facebook, YouTube, Twitch)
- Knowledge of video chat software (e.g., Discord, Teams, Skype, Zoom)
- Gaming experience within a Bingo or Slots background would be desirable

- Strong communication and presentation skills, speaking clear and concise is crucial and oozes with confidence and personality

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Present and deliver Live Bingo to our bingo community in club and online
- Present and call Bingo Games
- Host all Live sessions with entertainment, enthusiasm, and passion
- Deliver Live Bingo key features in line with the expected operation/production requirements, standards, and company instructions
- Promote and upsell the bingo & slots product in line with guidelines and framework set through quality & production execution
- Be the face & voice of promoting key promotions in line with marketing campaigns and video creation
- Be the face & voice of live bingo marketing campaigns and support social media activity such as live streams, promotional material, and social chat moderating
- Deliver Live Bingo engagement activities on social media platforms
- Interact with our customers using Live chat functionality answering and responding to questions (Chat star key duties)
- Engage, communicate effectively and work as one live bingo team to ensure our customers have the best first-class experience
- Ensure Live Bingo is delivered in line with the quality standards and expectations
- Maximise customer spend ensuring that all KPI targets are achieved, through the engagement and the operational production of live bingo
- Ensure that live chat moderating is delivered to company standards ensuring KPI are delivered
- Deliver Live Bingo from our Derby & Nottingham Studio
