Job Description
Field Service Engineer – Slot Machines
Location – Field Based covering West Yorkshire (within travelling distance to our clubs)
Salary: £30,263 per annum with £2,600 on call allowance
Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends & on-call rota

What You’ll Be Doing
- Install & configure slot machines and IT hardware in our clubs
- Diagnose & repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues
- Respond to service calls and support club teams with technical guidance
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards
- Document your work – from service logs to inventory tracking
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex issues
- Build relationships with club staff and management through reliable, professional service
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a similar role – ideally in the gaming or casino industry
- Strong knowledge of slot machine operations and IT hardware
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues
