What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute an innovative commercial strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sponsorship, advertising, and content licensing deals.
  • Lead initiatives to grow revenue, optimise pricing, and partnership development.
  • Secure production contracts, framework agreements, and long‑term partnerships.
  • Manage sponsorship integrations, branded content, and commercial deliverables within productions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, including production budgets, margins, and commercial terms.
  • Build strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, sponsors, broadcasters and media partners.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform data‑driven decisions.
