We’re looking for a senior Regional Technical Recruiter to lead cross‑border technical hiring for our clients across Southeast Asia with a primary focus on Singapore. This is a regional role with P&L accountability for your division within the Singapore business and commercial responsibility for recruitment outcomes across the region.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead regional technical recruitment across Southeast Asia for high‑growth technology clients.
  • Own end‑to‑end hiring strategy for hard‑to‑fill roles (AI, data, software engineering, product).
  • Partner directly with founders, CTOs and regional hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring prioritisation.
  • Drive revenue‑linked recruitment outcomes, including retained exclusive search mandates.
  • Build and manage cross‑border candidate pipelines across multiple markets.
  • Represent the firm in regional talent advisory, employer branding and client engagement initiatives.
  • Operate with high autonomy and accountability for hiring outcomes, client satisfaction and financial performance (P&L management for Singapore).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in regional / cross‑border technical recruitment across SEA.
  • Strong exposure to technology and emerging‑tech roles (AI, data science, software engineering, product).
  • Track record of delivering revenue‑driven hiring outcomes (retained/exclusive mandates).
  • Comfortable operating independently in a senior individual‑contributor capacity.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers (founders, CTOs).
  • Commercial acumen and experience or willingness to take on P&L responsibility.
