The Salesforce Admin is responsible for improving our current instance by designing and building out new features with both declarative and code-based solutions. This role works collaboratively with marketing, sales, and Salesforce teams to enhance automation, improve customer segmentation, and drive data-driven marketing initiatives. This position is remotely based in the UK only. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
Your impact:
- Administer and support Salesforce including user setups, profile and role management, custom fields, validation rules, page layouts, flows automation, and custom objects.
- Document and develop project plans, requirements, and any other required technical documentation for projects and initiatives of various sizes that involve Salesforce.
- Work cross‑functionally with various business teams and other stakeholders.
- Track and appropriately communicate expectations internally.
- Support and manage existing applications as well as support third‑party systems.
- Document changes for QA testing.
- Define, model, build, and test new, modified, and custom‑built functionality, workflows, etc.
- Strong Analytical Capabilities – Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation.
- Other duties as assigned.
About you:
- Proficiency in Service and Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data integration tools; capable of using ETL tools, Data Loader, and manipulating data for load in Salesforce.
- Strong Analytical Capabilities – Data Driven decision making with strong results orientation.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator preferred.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Experience in the design/development/implementation of CRM platforms.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is a plus.
- Experience with Heroku a plus.
- Experience in Conga is a strong plus.
- Experience working in hyper‑growth and heavy acquisition type organizations strong preferred.
- Experience with Data Cloud, Field Service, Service Cloud and Case Management a plus.
