About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven, commercially savvy Sales Manager to grow our partner network across the UK. This high‑impact role focuses on winning new experience partners – identifying top‑tier providers, building strong relationships, and closing high‑value commercial agreements that help expand our customer offering. You will take full ownership of converting a target partner list, working closely with Category Managers to prioritise opportunities, and partnering with our Onboarding and Category teams to set new relationships up for long‑term success. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in our Central London office, and will require partner travel at times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a clear and actionable strategic partner target list, prioritising based on business impact and customer need, in conjunction with Category Managers.
  • Research and identify high‑potential new partners aligned to category strategies.
  • Develop and deliver personalised outreach strategies via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in‑person meetings.
  • Create and present compelling commercial proposals that reflect our brand and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close mutually beneficial commercial agreements with speed and precision.
  • Partner with the Onboarding Manager and Category team to ensure a smooth handover post‑signature.
  • Track and report on acquisition performance, lead conversion rates, and overall pipeline health.
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships, representing our brands at events and networking opportunities.
  • Gather market insight to inform acquisition strategy and stay ahead of industry trends.

About You

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships (ideally within a marketplace, e‑commerce, or experience‑led business).
  • Strong sense of ownership with a tenacious, proactive, results‑driven approach.
  • Excellent commercial judgement, with the ability to spot value and communicate it clearly for both parties.
  • Confident communicator with strong pitching, influencing, and closing skills.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple opportunities at once.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Existing connections in relevant industries (a plus).
  • Confident using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline activity and performance tracking.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive Pay & Bonuses: Plus generous pension plans, staff discounts, and share schemes.
  • Wellbeing First: Private healthcare, dental, life insurance, mental health support, and dog‑friendly offices.
  • Flexible Working & Time Off: Generous holidays, hybrid working (2 days a week in the office), and opportunities for international working.
  • Career Growth: Learning allowances, coaching, and development programs.
  • Recognition & Giving Back: Regular awards, charity support, length of service awards, and volunteering days.

Our Ways of Working

We trust our colleagues to do what’s right and offer flexibility to support a balance between work and life. Face‑to‑face office time is an important and expected part of the role. Candidates will have regular and ongoing time working from the office, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
